We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return.

• Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, Nation Fragrance will cover the return shipping fee.
  
  

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
